Blue Cow Events are very proud to be hosting the Second Southern Baby Event & Family Day at Fontwell Park. After last years phenomenal showcase of this event that attracted the amazing footfall of nearly 2500 families we will be building on these strong foundations to ensure that the 2010 is even bigger and better!

The Southern Baby Event & Family Day is about featuring alternative & independent brands, rare gems of clothing & unique styles from national and local exhibitors who can offer practical, friendly & sometimes vital problem-solving information and advice. With our experts at hand and plenty of shopping opportunities, you can view new and existing products. See, feel and try before you buy, all under one roof. Find those difficult Christmas pressie solved with your little ones having fun and discovering new things, this means that you can relax and have fun too. This is a great day out for everyone!

Spirit fm are totally on board for the 2010 event and will be broadcasting live all day from their road show. This year sees the start of the competitions: ‘Babyface’ & ‘Cheeky Chops’ of Sussex & Hampshire, Yummy Mummy picked on the day and lets not leave Daddy’s out with the Bucking Bronco Challenge - laughter is sure to be heard not only from the children…..! This exciting fun packed day is for the whole family, a real traditional day with laughter that will create lasting memories.

Since last year Fontwell have built a fantastic Grandstand that we’ll be using. This will open up a whole new premium space for exhibitors to showcase their products, enabling visitors to view these in total comfort. The Parade Marquee will be used for our entertainment and the combination of these areas we feel will lift the event to a new level.

We will have access to more ground space outside to bring in a bigger funfair, a full range of petting animals including farm animals and pony rides, and an array of food options including a hog roast & picnic areas. We broke the records for a non-race day event at Fontwell Park in terms of footfall and are addressing this with an extra parking field for 2010. We broke a second record with Spirit fm running out of their road show balloons and helium gas balloons so we are more than prepared this year!

The organiser is a mother herself so understands that with so much information and so many products on the market, choosing the right options for you and your new arrival with your ever-changing needs, can be a daunting task. I have put this day together to help you make the best decisions for you.

Please invite grandparents, aunties, uncles and friends to come down and join in, whether it’s at the fun fair or exploring the animal area. You will be amazed watching our entertainers working their magic or have a go at pottery or jewellery and create a lasting memory of your day. There will be pony rides and bouncy castles - no one will be short of things to do.

The Entertainment Marquee is full to the brim of fun things to do and see. FREE Classes running all day to take part in, Creative Pottery Painting, WOW Toys Play Zone and Butlins. All the makings of a great day we just need you!!
